By Order of Her Honor, Mayor E. Denise Simmons, acting in accordance with Chapter I, Section 3 of the Rules of the School Committee, there will be a Virtual Special Meeting of the School Committee on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. broadcast from the Media Arts Studio, 454 Broadway, Cambridge for the purpose of entertaining a motion to convene in an Executive Session to hear two Level III grievances (CEA Units A&B) as part of collective bargaining as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and litigation positions of the School Committee.

The meeting will be live-streamed at www.cpsd.us and broadcast on Cambridge Educational Access TV (CEATV) Channel 26 as usual.

Note: Votes may be taken and the School Committee will reconvene in an open session. There will be no public comment.
