By Order of Her Honor, Mayor E. Denise Simmons, acting in accordance with Chapter I, Section 3of the Rules of the School Committee, there will be a Special Meeting of the School Committee on Tuesday, April 15,2025 at 5:00 p.m. held in and broadcast from the Dr. Henrietta S. Attles Meeting Room, Cambridge Rindge, and Latin School, 459 Broadway, Cambridge to entertain a motion to convene in executive session to evaluate proposals submitted by search firms in connection with search for a superintendent of schools. The Committee may convene in executive session to comply with or act under the authority of the provisions of the M.G.L.C. 30B with respect to the IFB process. This meeting is expected to end on or before 5:45 p.m.

The meeting will be live-streamed at www.cpsd.us and broadcast on Cambridge Educational Access TV (CEATV) Channel 26 as usual.

Votes may be taken and the School Committee will reconvene in an open session. There will be no public comment.
