Dr. Jalene Tameratis a Senior Lecturer at Boston University's Wheelock College of Education & Human Development and Director of the Dr. Carol Johnson Leadership Fellowship--a partnership between BU and the Boston Public Schools that prepares equity-driven systems leaders. A former teacher, district leader, and community engagement practitioner, Dr. Tamerat's work centers on cultivating trust, healing, and collaboration across families, schools, and communities. She also consults with districts on equity-focused leadership development and educator wellness and has facilitated professional learning and dialogues across the globe focused on authentic family and community partnership.
