Spring Fair, Silent Auction, and Raffle 2025

What we don't know: the weather. We've had pouring rain, a heat wave, and even a perfect 72 degree day in recent years! What we DO know: the annual FMS Spring Fair will be AWESOME, rain or shine! This year the block party is returning, in addition to the usual bounce houses and dunk tank there will be interactive games from Knucklebones, live music, and much more! Morse School and Cambridgeport Community members, join us on Sunday, May 18 for this fun, family friendly event. Brought to you by the Friends of the Morse School. Entry is free. Food available for sale. There's also a raffle and silent auction with some awesome prizes!
Winter Clothing Exchange 2025

Warm up with the FMS Winter Clothing Exchange! Donate what you can. Take what you can use. Open to the entire Morse School community. No need to donate to participate! January 13-31, 2025 (weekdays only). 8 am-5 pm. Main entrance to the school. Items in elementary school age kids sizes only, and in excellent used condition. If you wouldn't give it to a friend or family member, don't give it to us either.

FMS Movie Nights 2024-25

Enjoy the Show...from the comfort of the Morse School Auditorium! Join your Morse School and FMS friends for our monthly Movie Nights! Admission is free. Pizza and snacks are available for purchase (cash and digital payment accepted). Kids must be accompanied by a grownup. See you there!
International Festival & Potluck - Nov 15, 2024

All Morse Students and Families are invited to the Morse School International Festival & Potluck! Friends of the Morse School is hosting this annual event on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 6-8 pm at the Morse School. Join us for a delicious evening full of fun to experience our diverse community! Bring a dish to contribute to the potluck dinner and sample the dishes from other families. Participate in a variety of activities and earn raffle tickets. Watch the special entertainment. Stick around for the free raffle drawing at the end of the evening!
Fall Clothing Exchange 2024

Why buy new? Have kid clothes that don't fit anymore? Make earth-friendly and wallet-friendly decisions and support our community at the same time. Donate any kid clothing you don't need, and take any items you can use. Open to the entire Morse School community. No need to donate to participate!
Election Day Bake Sale - Nov 5, 2024

Banana bread. Apple cake. Pumpkin muffins. And the secret ingredient...love. It's the 2024 FMS Election Day Bake Sale! Get those ovens and mixing bowls fired up to bake (or just buy something) and donate goods to be sold. Volunteer to staff the table for an hour or two (or the whole day). Tell your friends and neighbors to stop by and purchase something yummy!

Who was Asa P. Morse? Join caregivers, educators, students, and members of the community to learn about the person for whom the Morse School was named in 1891, and to reflect and discuss how his legacy affects the mission and vision of the Morse School in 2024.
